Mindfulness
2 weeks ago I’ve finished my module mindfulness. That module was very useful. As a young person you usually care less about your health and wellbeing than as an older person and module showed me how significant it is to start caring more about my health especially in my mind. I’m a very happy person but obviously I’m upset sometimes about the following exam or a mistake I’ve done. I got to know that these things have a huge impact on our sleep, health......I wasn’t aware about all the information before. Cause when you get older you’ve got more stuff to do and the consequence is you’ve got more problems to fight against. But now I know how to defeat these problems.
