Beat the blues
Yesterday we’ve had a talk about awareness and mental health. We all got a little booklet. In this booklet were given some examples and some exercises of being well in our minds. For example having a good and long sleep and eating proper and healthy food. The best thing about it were the exercises. That actually made a lot of fun and and was quite interesting. I didn’t know before the talk that so many things have an impact on my mind or my wellbeing. I’ve enjoyed that talk a lot.
